Boost your day with a vitamin smoothie! 


Good morning friends! Today I woke up so early and without my alarm on my day off, that decided to use it fully and not to stay in a bed for a few more hours.
So sipping my smoothie and making plans for the rest of the day, unfortunately it’s dark outside and seems like it will be raining, but this smoothie will make you smile even on a rainy days 🙂

For me it’s all about the berries. I love to add them everywhere- smoothies, salads, teas, main courses or just as a snack or a desert. So if you are addicted to berries like me, keep reading and share it if you like it! Enjoy ❤

You will need: 

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup blackberries

1/2 cup cherries

1 banana

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 cup almond milk or an orange juice

1 tablespoon flax oil

1 teaspoon honey

dash of cinnamon

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy and top it with a few berries!
p.s. If you do not have some of the ingredients, don’t be afraid to improvise and add what you like or have at home.
