Pumpkin is full of potassium which is good for hair regrowth. Also rich in Vitamin A which is great for the scalp. I am sharing with you how to make a hair conditioner at home. So:
- 2 cups pumpkin. One cup make with cooked pumpkin and another just chopped.
- 1 tb.spoon coconut oil.
- 1 tb.spoon honey.
- 1 tb.spoon yoghurt
Pure the pumpkin and yoghurt in a blender, add the coconut oil and honey. Make sure that is smooth. Apply the mixture to damp hair and cover the hair with a plastic cap and a towel to make it warmer. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash out with your daily shampoo.
