After workout smoothie 


Me and my boyfriend have decided to start going to the gym again – intensively! Haha, I don’t know how it will be in a few days with motivation, but we will try! 

I want to share with you my smoothie recipe! It’s light, not sour and easy to do ❤️



So, for 2 big cups( almost a liter) you will need:

– 2 bananas 

-1 orange

-A bit of pomegranates

– A bit of nuts

– Berries (I used blackberries and blueberries)

– Carrots/orange juice (I wasn’t meassuring it so it’s hard to say how much. Around 100ml)

– And a bit of watter
